    the location was good and incredible, just next door to shopping mall, nice restaurants and the main hotspots, in a peaceful area. well-equipped units in the new tower, truly enjoyed it. the staff was helpful - i would have extended the stay.

    The combination of the resort and the tower make this hotel fit for business and leisure travellers. Especially I can recommend the spa services.

    It is regrettable that internet in the room is only available at extra cost.

    A very warm and polite welcome on our arrival to this excellent, very comfortable hotel ideally situated at the quieter north end of Pattaya. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for the very friendly staff.

    The only criticism, if you can call it that, was that there was only one chair on the balcony of our double room

    Perfect and modern hotel, well-trained staff, truly enjoyed incredible location close enough to beach road and the restaurant and Central Festival-the biggest shopping mall in Pattaya. The room was a nice size and well-equipped and with a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control at your disposal, astonishing view of the sea. The good food was a good touch.

    Beautiful views with minor hiccups

    Woke up to fine ocean views each morning. The spacious suite was perfect for our family, and the pool offered a fun atmosphere for our kids.

    The breakfast was disappointing. It lacked variety and quality. Plus, some staff interactions left us wanting more.

    Excellent hotel with a spacious paradiselike swimming pool/garden. My room in Ocean Tower offers a splendid view and is luxury designed. a plus was that I could receive on my tv bvn (Dutch tv).

    Fitness center was a bit disappointing as it was small and not manned with staff. However, for me no reason to book again during my next stay.
